About Us
Vespers is an intimate, queer-owned music venue tucked away at 133a Rye Lane in the heart of Peckham. As one of the few independent music venues in London avoiding the claws of commercial backing, the space serves as a dedicated sanctuary for raw club nights and live experimental performances, deliberately stripping away the pretension of the mainstream club circuit, in a way that feels informal and fun.
The venue offers a close-up music experience rooted in community and exceptional sound. Its raw, industrial aesthetic is paired with an elite sound system & light display that delivers across a range of genres.
